With a backdrop of Callendar House in glorious evening sunshine, the event featured two parts. “The Prologue” took place from around 4pm, and determined start times and positions for “The Chase”, which started from 6:45pm.
Callendar Park, near Falkirk, which provided a challenging combination of woodland and parkland orienteering, and a picturesque backdrop for TV.
The buzz around the event created by live TV led to a well-subscribed event for a Friday evening, and competition featured multiple classes, culminating with the men’s and women’s open classes, which made up the climax of the Adventure Show coverage.
