As of 29th July 2022 the following areas in Moray will be embargoed for the Scottish 6 Days Moray 2023 – Culbin Forest, Lossie Forest, Roseisle Forest and Darnaway North.
Competitors shall declare themselves non-competitive if their acquaintance with the terrain would give them substantial advantage over other competitors. Nothing that occurred more than 12 months before the date of the event shall be taken into account.
Is the Scottish Junior Inter-area weekend on 3rd/4th September 2022 in your diary? With information going out to clubs soon, it is important that all juniors have the weekend in the diary as it’s a weekend not to be missed!
Every two years the Scottish Junior Orienteering Squad (Scotjos) organise a 2 week trip to Scandanavia to provide the juniors with the opportunity to experience different terrains and compete outside the UK.
For obvious reasons this has not happened for a couple of years but this summer the squad have headed off to Sweden.

This week sees the start of a series of Summer Camps run in partnership with organisations across Scotland including: Dundee Active Schools @DundeeActiveSchools, High Life Highland @HLHsocial, Scottish Canals and Moray Active Schools.
Each camp is being supported by a young person who has undertaken training through Scottish Orienteering. Some camps have spaces available – especially the ones based around Fort William and Glencoe areas: Sign up for this camp which runs – 1st August to 5th August is still open.
