SOA Notification of EGM – 9th June 2025

We are notifying all members of an Extraordinary General Meeting being held on Monday 9th June at 7pm online. The EGM Booklet detailing the proposed membership changes is attached and includes a printable proxy voting form together with a link to an electronic proxy voting form.

The EGM Booklet is linked below and contains details of the proposals. The EGM is being held to allow amendments to the Articles of Association which would allow the date of the AGM to be delayed to before 30th September each year which would provide more time for accounts to be audited, appoint auditors and make corrective updates to the Articles following on from last year in respect of the potential appointment of a Chief Executive. You will also find linked below a copy of the Articles of Association with the proposed changes shown marked.
