Make sure you know what is included in the World Anti Doping Prohibited List for 2026
The World Anti-Doping Agency recently released the 2026 Prohibited List, which comes into effect on 1 January 2026. The Prohibited List is updated every year and outlines the substances and methods that are prohibited in sport. Every athlete and their support (parents or coaches) should familiarise themselves with the changes and what methods and substances are prohibited.

Under Strict Liability, each athlete is solely responsible for any banned substance they use, attempt to use, or is found in their system, regardless of whether or not they intended to cheat.
Visit UK Anti-Doping’s website to read a full summary of the changes to the List for 2026 and keep up to date by following @ukantidoping on social media.
