Come for a very special evening of whisky tasting in one of Scotland’s oldest working distilleries. Established in 1798 Blair Athol Distillery stands at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands in the picturesque town of Pitlochry.
Like the great wines of the world, Scotland’s whiskies all have their unique characteristics and this evening will give you the opportunity to compare and contrast 4 distinct whiskies including Blair Athol and Dalwhinnie single malts. These can be bought in the distillery shop afterwards - with a £3 reduction on up to 2 bottles.
These evenings are always very popular and as numbers are limited to avoid disappointment book your ticket with your entry.”
Go to www.discovering-distilleries.com/blairathol/ for additional information.

The 2015 World Orienteering Championships will be based in Inverness, Scotland during August, and will utilise the world class terrain along the Moray coast and in the Cairngorms National Park. The Scottish 6 Days will run in parallel to the Championships and will bring 5000 competitors to the area boosting the local economy by an estimated £2 million.
To celebrate 50 years of the Scottish Orienteering Association we are organising various activities including the opportunity to complete 50 events in the course of the year (16 April 2011 to 15 April 2012). The JK may just help you complete the challenge.
