Reran the Ruddalen course as a hard terrain session and opportunity to see where time can be shaved off when orienteering. Think I've pretty much found the best routes now just running them confidently and correctly. I was a bit sloppy with compass on exit of controls and also when changing the route knowing what I would see. Hence the hesitation coming into two. It is interesting comparing the maps, I was running faster this time (I was trying to do that) Not stopping to plan at all the controls and I saved time. Having said that not stopping to plan on a new course is a bad idea and I need to invest that time. Below is the table of data: Repeat 2
