DESCRIPTION:Aimed at adults and designed for those who wish to develop orienteering skills to a level which will allow them to confidently participate in local club orienteering events. Run by a coach with the skills to address the needs of the individuals on the course\, this 2 day course \, offered over two separate weekends\, will help you on your way to add orienteering to a healthy\, active lifestyle. Your tutor will begin the course with a one hour \,online session to discuss the basics\, saving the technical and skills development for the face to face training progression over the two days. \nThis course is very much geared to the needs of those taking part. You will be asked beforehand what you particularly want to work on. Although we aim to help you improve significantly\, we also ensure that the whole experience is enjoyable. \n  \nRegister by 7 Nov please
