DESCRIPTION:This pair of online workshops is designed for all those who mentor others in their role within their club or the SOA as a whole and will be run by sportscotland national trainers. \nThroughout the Introduction to Mentoring workshop we explore:\n\n\nWhat mentors do\nMentoring approaches\nImportance of developing and understanding of your mentee and their environment\nMentoring tools\nPersonal strengths and areas for development\nPeer support\n\n\n    Please register by  Monday  3rd March  if you would like to attend.  Please enter the email address you will be using for the zoom call as this is where the invitation will be sent.  The registartion form will be available shortly.
