The "summer" ROMPs (seasonal orienteering courses) have now been removed from Loch Vaa and Glenmore Lodge area. It is proposed that a "winter" ROMP is established from the middle of December through to the end of March - details to be determined. Thank you to everyone who made use of the opportunity to train in some fine terrain and scenery.

Join a Junior Open Coaching Weekend on 17-18th March 2018 at Templars Park Campsite in Maryculter, Deeside. The weekend will combine high-quality coaching with the chance for juniors to socialise with others of a similar standard from other clubs. Places are available on a first-come, first served basis for 24 M/W 14s and M/W16s (age class at time of booking) who are not currently in ScotJOS.

Final details have been sent
Final details and joining instructions for the Volunteers' Weekend have now been e-mailed to all registered participants. We're all looking forward to an enjoyable weekend of learning and socialising!
Event Safety Workshops are delivered locally by tutors approved by British Orienteering and registered with SOA. As with controllers, there is often significant benefit from having input from an experienced person in a different club, and most tutors are happy to travel to where they're wanted.

Orienteering courses are available around Glenmore Lodge for summer training. 20 control markers are at various locations and printed maps are available from Glenmore Lodge reception.
