Sunday 3rd June
SOC Sunday Evening Quiz: Braemar Village Hall at 19:00. Free entry.
O-Quiz with prizes for the winning team. Come along with a team and fill a table, or make a team when you get there with your fellow orienteers. Questions for all ages on music, pictures,general knowledge, a bit of local history, maybe.
Monday 4th June
Monday evening will likely be a film night in the village hall (seating for 150). Contact jon@big-jon.demon.co.uk to vote for your favourite film for showing!

Paul Anderson - Acclaimed Scottish Fiddler in Concert:
On the evening of Sunday 3rd June a concert is to be held, in candle light, in the spectacular Grade A listed St Margaret's church Braemar featuring the acclaimed Scottish fiddler Paul Anderson together with supporting local talent - and a bit of surprise drama!
The Gathering Place Bistro, Braemar:
"We would welcome any of you who would wish to have dinner on the evenings of your event, Braemar is small, as you know ! Prior booking would be the only way to guarantee a table though."

The 2015 World Orienteering Championships will be based in Inverness, Scotland during August, and will utilise the world class terrain along the Moray coast and in the Cairngorms National Park. The Scottish 6 Days will run in parallel to the Championships and will bring 5000 competitors to the area boosting the local economy by an estimated £2 million.
