VHI 2012 Selection
The Veterans Home International in 2012 is much earlier in the year than normal. The Irish are hosting it over the weekend of 16th and 17th June. The team will therefore be selected in mid April, based on results from major spring events, and other relevant form.
The 2012 VHI selection races will be:
- Sun 18th March: SOL1, Torinturk West, near Oban
- Sat 7th April: JK Individual, Dunalastair
- Sun 8th April: JK Individual, Craig a' Barns
- Sun 15th April: SOL2, near Dumfries
The selectors (Martin Dean, Sarah Dunn and Rob Hickling) may take other relevant competitive form into account.
The team comprises men and women in each age class from 35 to 65 inclusive.
