Tick Awareness
Following on from an article in CompassSport, ‘How not to Die Orienteering in Europe’, it is worthwhile trying to clarify the situation regarding ticks, the diseases they potentially carry and the areas being used for orienteering at Oban 2011.
Scotland should not have been included in the list of countries with Tick Borne Encephalitis (TBE).
