SEDS provides support to athletes through co-ordinating high quality technical training weekends in spring and international training / race experience during the summer. Training weekends are generally open to anyone interested in elite level technical training. Contact Lorna Eades who will add your name to the SEDS distribution list. Plans for the near future include a weekend in the Lake District (6/7 Feb), a weekend on Deeside (27/28 Feb) and a weekend in Perthshire (20/21 Mar).
