Scottish Orienteering marketing kit launched
The Scottish Orienteering Association has purchased a set of marketing equipment suitable for onsite use by clubs at exhibitions or events. A list of equipment is given below, the bulk of which is being held by the Regional Development officers in the NE region. Any Scottish Orienteering club will be able to borrow this equipment to use for a specific event.
Bookings should be requested via the communications director initially. Arrangements for obtaining and returning the equipment will be the responsibility of the club. Events where non-orienteering members of the public will be attending will be given priority although it can also be requested for any O events.
The SOA marketing equipment includes:
1 x event shelter 4m x 4m with sides suitable for outdoor events in reasonable weather.
2 x foldable tables
1x portable tv/dvd player (electricity source required)
1x portable tv stand
2 x SOA pop up banners (pictured)
2 x SOA feather flags (indoor or outdoor use)
A tri-fold leaflet which clubs can print and use as appropriate.
We hope at some stage to also have WOC 2015 specific marketing material.
