Scottish O Clubs
There is now a dedicated page for details about Scottish clubs.
View a full list of clubs and a location map.
Clubs are the bedrock of orienteering. Events happen only because club members organise and plan them, and do all the small tasks associated with events. Clubs also often put on coaching and social activities, and they offer a great way to meet like-minded people.
Some clubs cover overlapping areas; there is nothing that says you have to join a particular club just because your home address is in a particular area.
You can visit the club website or you can also phone the National Orienteering Centre - 01479 861374 - for the name of your local club’s secretary. (OC means "Orienteering Club").
There is also a Scottish Schools Orienteering Association, known as the SSOA. Visit the SSOA website for more details.
