This was my 3rd night event, and the one I enjoyed most. Even though I was slow, most of the time I knew where I was and managed to re-locate when I didn’t.
The forest was very clean underfoot and very dry considering the recent rain.
My Petzl Myo headtorch (old model, combined halogen/led), whilst not as powerful as some, seemed up to the job. My problem, is when someone with a car headlight runs towards me I am blinded for a few seconds.
