Moravian were approached by Moray’s Active Schools Manager to see if they’d be prepared to assist with a series of activities for local schools during the Scottish Cabinet’s Summer Roadshow visit to Elgin
This also provided myself an excellent opportunity to meet with members of the Cabinet to push for funding, land access and development. Orienteering was well received and supported by all of the Ministers, particularly Alex Salmond - his first comment to me was “well, you’ve got it all sown up”.
