Extraordinary General Meeting, 23 September 2012
The Extraordinary General Meeting on 23rd September approved the two proposals: (1) membership structure and fees for 2013, and (2) amendment to Articles.
The revised Articles are available for download, as are the SOA Bye-laws, which were amended to reflect the changes to the membership structure and the SOA membership fees and levies.
