Their top achievements this year include winning all the BUCS trophies for the second year in a row (an orienteering BUCS first!) and 17 members selected for international competitions. The membership increased by 27% overall and significantly so with beginners - a 1600% increase! The qualification of 19 coaches has also enabled the club to provide excellent coaching to our beginners and the community, particularly in the project run jointly with ESOC January-March 2011.

Thank you to BUCS and Kukri who presented the award, Edinburgh University Sports Union, British Orienteering Federation, Scottish Orienteering Association, all past and present members, all the other clubs which keep us on our toes throughout the year, the various coaches associated with the club including Toni Louhisola, and every person who has helped or contributed to EUOC in the past few years.
