Changes to Memorandum and Articles
The proposal to change the SOA’s Memorandum and Articles, as put to the AGM on 2nd June, had not given members the required amount of time for comment. An additional 4 weeks is therefore being allowed for such comment. Details of the proposal are contained in the AGM booklet available here.
