British Night Championships 2010 – Embargoed Area

The proposed area of exclusion, subject to final controlling, is shown below.

According to BOF Rules for National Championships, competitors who wish to be competitive should not run on the terrain from now until the event. However, running through the area on the main tracks (as overprinted below) and on the hill tops will be permitted.
