BOC 2008 budget
The BOC 2008 budget - draft and actual. There are some differences in headings, but I reckon most things are fairly clear.

Our draft expenditure was almost spot on in total, but this masked huge variations in overspends and underspends! Income was much higher than anticipated due to a higher than expected entry… due to special terrain?
