As the domestic session comes to a close for the elite athletes the achievements just keep on rolling with 5 out of the 13 selected (so far)* for WOC being SEDS athletes and another 2 British Elite champions, congratulations again to Douglas Tullie (EUOC) and Alan Cherry (INT) who both won M21E and M20E a fortnight ago.

The next stop for the SEDS athletes this summer is the Jukola relays in Finland, where Mark Nixon, Oleg Chepelin, Douglas Tullie, Duncan Coombs, Ali McLeod, Murray Strain and Hector Haines will take on the best teams in the world in a night long battle for a top position. Last year the same team managed a comfortable 43rd position out of 1232 teams. This year the team hope for better and a new record for a British team, which is currently set at 41st. Make sure to catch all the live action on the 18th June on the Jukola website.
