PWT Press release, 23rd Aug

It is now only 3 weeks until the event and we have some new updates to share for the weekend in Perth on 10/11th September
We are pleased to announce that Jörgen Mårtensson (2 times World Champion and widely regarded as one of the best orienteers ever) will be joining us at the PWT and will be giving a presentation at the Perth Concert Hall on Friday 10th September from 7:30.  Entry to this will be free and the talk is aimed at performance athletes and coaches.

The international Elite have been invited and here are some of the names we have confirmed (we will update this list in the next week with more confirmed runners);

Unfortunately, Fabian Hertner and Daniel Hubmann of Switzerland both suffered injuries at the recent World Championships and have been forced to pull out - we wish them a speedy recovery.
Entries for the Open race and PWT qualification are still being taken – they close on 31st August so make sure to enter on time!
