SOA Vision Goals and Priorities

The SOA Vision Goals and Priorities for 2007/2008 are attached. The promote the Vision of “more smiling faces in the forest”

New SOA 4 year plan and 2008 Operating Plan

The new 4 Year Plan (2008-2011) and 2008 Operating plan have been agreed and are now available. There are sections for each of the Directorships (Operations, Development, Marketing & Communications, Performance, Partnerships) and an overall Leadership section. Due to the restructuring of the Executive in 2007, the new plans have been prepared by the Executive. It is intended to involve the wider membership in the preparation of the 2009 plan during August 2008.
