The process involves first analysing the strengths and weaknesses of the SOA, then identifying the opportunities and threats facing the sport. It was important to get as many views on this as possible in order to develop an effective working strategy. The opinions of all SOA members were sought and I am extremely grateful to those of you that spared the time to complete the questionnaire.
