New SOA 4 year plan and 2008 Operating PlanThe new 4 Year Plan (2008-2011) and 2008 Operating plan have been agreed and are now available. There are sections for each of the Directorships (Operations, Development, Marketing & Communications, Performance, Partnerships) and an overall Leadership section. Due to the restructuring of the Executive in 2007, the new plans have been prepared by the Executive. It is intended to involve the wider membership in the preparation of the 2009 plan during August 2008.

SOA are looking for a volunteer to manage the SOA Trophies and Certificates. These include the Scottish Orienteering Championship Individual and Relays, the 11-person Relay, Night, Sprint and Score Championship awards.
The role will include keeping a track of the whereabouts of the Trophies and instigating a rolling programme to restore/upgrade/replace trophies as appropriate over the next few years.
